Is there a refund policy?

The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition it was originally shipped in. For more information you can refer to our refund policy at the bottom of this page.

How long does an item take to ship?

Items are manufactured upon purchase. Typical processing times take 3-5 days, then orders are shipped out with tracking numbers sent to customers. Tracking Numbers then take 2-5 days to activate and you can expect delivery typically within the next week after tracking has been activated. Shipping times range depending on location.

Why does my tracking number says it does not exist?

A tracking number that is showing "Tracking does not exist" means that the tracking number has not become active. Domestic tracking numbers typically activate within 1-3 days, while non-domestic tracking numbers vary from 2-7 days depending on the shipping address of the target country.
