Freakyfits accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item is received if it’s in original packaging and condition that it was sent in. If we decide the product to not be in fit state for resale and/or isn’t in the same condition as we sent it out in we can not refund you. - You the customer is liable for the post and packaging for any returns / exchanges - Orders can be CANCELLED within 2 days of purchase before they are shipped out no questions asked. if an order is SHIPPED OUT, the above policy stands.
Freakyfits will not refund/exchange our custom products/pre orders or solid gold products, there are no refunds as they’re one of items.
Any payments or deposits on custom made jewelry is non-refundable as it cost us money and time to prepare custom made jewelry.

Once we receive your return we will refund your money within 7 working days.
Once we receive your exchange we will exchange your product within 7 days.
These products under our *lifetime guarantee* are only ONE-TIME-RETURN policy - if it tarnishes / fades or brakes we will try to fix it if for free if not we will replace it free of charge to you ONE time only.
Solid Gold Products are not included in lifetime warranty but if you do have any issues we’ll do our best to resolve them.
*Lifetime meaning the expected lifespan which is 1 year from date of receiving your purchase*
